The "Windows Camera Frame Server" service must not be disabled for face logon to work.
Check using services.msc .

Hi,
After the recent update on my Surface pro 7 Windows Hello Face not working and its saying "Couldn't turn on the camera, please sign in with your pin"

2020-10-29T11:51:50+00:00 Facing the same issue. Surprisingly, the camera light does not turn off even after I login with my PIN. I had to turn off systemwide camera access due to that.... Really frustrating

2020-10-23T03:44:44+00:00 The problem could be due to an antivirus program. I had to turn off the camera settings in Bitdefender, so it might be a similar problem.
