Surface Book 3 Randomly Freezing

As im working on my new $3500 Surface Book 3 i can't help but be extremely annoyed because the screen/mouse just randomly freeze, usually for about 5-10 seconds then its back to normal.  Sometimes it will freeze and i have to hit the power button and that seems to unfreeze it.  Very annoying, not to mention the screen dimming and getting bright on its own even though the option for it to do that is turned off.

    Amazing. A fix is posted over a year after the product is released (or a year after the product should have never been released).  That should be an incredible embarrassment for MSFT.  Talk about killing the Surface Book brand.  Best decision I made was to return my SB3 and get my money back (and even that was a struggle)

    To be fair it is not quite a year since SB3 release but not far off.

    Since this and other issues were reported the Update History page has ALWAYS STATED there are "CURRENTLY, NO KNOWN ISSUES" which was clearly not the case.  This is known as lying and something we are told by our parents that we should not do.  Why lie Microsoft?  It does you no good.

    Even now Explorer stops responding for a number of seconds and support are slowly responding with questions rather than answers.

    Microsoft performance rating 1 out of 10 and that is being generous.

    Hello, 

    Unfortunately, I have recently updated to all the current drivers and firmware for Nvidia, Windows, Iris-Plus Graphics, and the Surface itself. I have seen absolutely no change in the issue. As a technologically advanced person , I will never purchase a Surface Book again.

    This is untrue, the issue has not been resolved. I'm returning this laptop, what a waste of $4,200.
