Surface Book 3 Randomly Freezing

As im working on my new $3500 Surface Book 3 i can't help but be extremely annoyed because the screen/mouse just randomly freeze, usually for about 5-10 seconds then its back to normal. Sometimes it will freeze and i have to hit the power button and that seems to unfreeze it. Very annoying, not to mention the screen dimming and getting bright on its own even though the option for it to do that is turned off.

2020-10-22T05:08:58+00:00 The freezing issue that begins when you attempt to draw or write with a Surface Pen or your finger should be fixed once you install the Windows 10 Cumulative update 10-2020 KB4579311. It fixed the issue for 2 - Surface Book 3s for us at the University I work for.

2020-12-08T12:56:33+00:00 I had the same problem with my Surface Book 3 15 inch. It frequently feezed for a second and blocked the input like mouse and keyboard. Sometimes the freezing could take longer time needing a turn off and on.
I tried the other solutions in this thread but nothing worked for me.
I contacted the Microsoft support, reinstalled my PC with a specific image and reinstalled everything. It didn't work!
After a lot of trouble shooting I found out that the freezing problem was caused by the Intel power saving. I couldn't disable this in the power settings because they are very limited for the device. Instead I downloaded the "Intel Graphics Control Panel" in the Windows store and disabled everything under:
System -> Power
And bang! Now everything works like a charm. And no reboot needed!
I'm pretty sure this is the main reason for all the Surface freezing problems.
Microsoft and Intel should be a shamed not to solve this problem a long time ago or at least notify their users about it. For 2 month I have had a $3000 computer I couldn't use for my daily work and I have spent a lot of time reinstalling and trying to find out what was wrong.
