Surface Book 3 Randomly Freezing

As im working on my new $3500 Surface Book 3 i can't help but be extremely annoyed because the screen/mouse just randomly freeze, usually for about 5-10 seconds then its back to normal.  Sometimes it will freeze and i have to hit the power button and that seems to unfreeze it.  Very annoying, not to mention the screen dimming and getting bright on its own even though the option for it to do that is turned off.

    After yesterdays post I'm back at the office, 60 degrees (F) here, just turned on my Surface Book 3 with Nvidia GTX cards... Using Logitech G700s mouse, and here we go again, mouse freezes from time to time.  Microsoft, do you hear us? please tell us if this issue can be fixed on your end, or if this is a hardware issue that you can not fix.. Don't ignore us, we are extremely loyal customers.

    The only workaround for the keyboard/mouse stutter is to use BT keyboard and mouse or HandheldSci BT-500.  

    Ramping up power use is more likely to generate overtemperature issues of which the SB3 suffers.

    Realweb ApS  I believe your solution solved the issue. I have been suffering this power saving freeze craziness ever since I got my Surface Book 3 with Nvidia RTX3000, 1TB storage and 32GB of ram. Screen shot of the settings, I disabled all of the power saving features and took efficiency slider all the way to 1 before disabling all power features. Captain Planet is not happy.

    After testing for an hour I still got a few mouse freezes, but definitely less. I have Logitech G603 and G700s mice, with high refresh rate for CAD work. So hard to understand why Microsoft cant get this fixed, they have acknowledged this issue exists already. My Logitech keyboard also had random freezes and repeated keys... Looks like that got fixed as well. Also, I am on the "Best performance" mode on the processor setting.
