Surface Book 3 Randomly Freezing

As im working on my new $3500 Surface Book 3 i can't help but be extremely annoyed because the screen/mouse just randomly freeze, usually for about 5-10 seconds then its back to normal.  Sometimes it will freeze and i have to hit the power button and that seems to unfreeze it.  Very annoying, not to mention the screen dimming and getting bright on its own even though the option for it to do that is turned off.

    Bluetooth interface will be a USB device and I believe the SB3 has a USB data handling problem.

    Im facing the exact issue. Im having a Surface Book 3 13.5’ i7 32 GB NVIDIA Geforce. It also happens to me whenever I use my device especially when i use my surface pen. I guess its the problem of the bluetooth as others replied. So pls check this bug and pls recover this problem or else it would not even be worth of buying a $2500 high performance laptop. My old laptop doesnt even face this problem.
