Surface Book 3 Randomly Freezing

As im working on my new $3500 Surface Book 3 i can't help but be extremely annoyed because the screen/mouse just randomly freeze, usually for about 5-10 seconds then its back to normal.  Sometimes it will freeze and i have to hit the power button and that seems to unfreeze it.  Very annoying, not to mention the screen dimming and getting bright on its own even though the option for it to do that is turned off.

A fix for this issue is now available through Windows Update. Please review the Surface Book 3 Update History page.

    I'm also having this Problem,

    the cursor suddenly freezes especially during Browsing 

    with the windows browser it happens around once every 5 min (I'm using a Microsoft Precsision Mouse)

    i then can also not use the Trackpad. Sometimes pressing CTRL+ALT+ENTF

    and then quiting the taskmanager helps, but usually i have to press the power button an log in again.

    Then i can move the cursor again.

    Laptop:

    Surface Book 3 - 15 in. 512GB i7 32GB with GeForce

    Installed is:

    Windows 10 Home

    Version: 1909

    Installed on: 04.05.2020

    Build: 18363.900

    I echo all the problems mentioned previously.  I'm in a meeting right now on MS Teams, after 30 seconds after joining, my screen is frozen.  I can still participate by talking, but I can't do anything.  Even tried a control-alt-delete to bring up task manager.  I'm into the call about 45 minutes now.  I'm responding to this post on my other laptop, a 9 yr old personal MacBook air.  We need a fix and soon as I need the S Book 3 to work in a work environment connecting employees and using PC software.

    Same issue here, also noted that bluetooth sound suffers a similar fate.  My guess is it is related to bluetooth.

    I have the same issue on a machine I purchased July 2nd.

    Surface Book 3 - 15 in. 512GB i7 32GB with GeForce - Windows 10 Home Version 1909 

    Lot 2020

    The mouse and keyboard randomly stop responding for 2-10 seconds, happening as often as every 10 to 30 seconds until I give up and reboot. After rebooting the behavior returns within a minute or two of activity. It doesn't matter which application I'm in, Edge, new Edge, Chrome, Outlook, Mail, Visual Studio, OneNote. 

    I've installed all updates, run the Surface Diagnostics (no problem found) as well as Memory Diagnostics (again no problem found.)

    Update:

    I performed a full reset.  When it completed, I made no configuration changes aside from completing the new user set-up. I did not install any additional software. The only accessory I connected was the Microsoft Surface Arc mouse.  I opened Edge and began browsing and within about 5 minutes the freezing cursor/keyboard behavior was back. I left the machine overnight to bake and tried again this morning. Same thing.  

    It's going back.
