it looks like a solution, after one of the latest updates I did not have had problems with mij arc-mouse.
Are there persons with the same expirience?

I have a Surface Laptop 3 and im using the Microsoft ARC Mouse and Microsoft Designer Keyboard
The Bluetooth connection to both these devices drops out intermittenly for around 10 seconds
When it reconnects the Bluetooth icon appears in the icon tray
This happens a few times an hour and is very frustrating.
I have tried reinstalling all the bluetooth drivers which has not helped.
I have also tried this solution offered to another user whoch hasnt helped either.
While the mouse and keyboard is connected/paired, open Device Manager
Expand Human Interface Devices
Double-click on Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device, select Power Management tab above. Uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" then click OK. If you have multiple Bluetooth Low Energy GATT driver, please do this on all of them.
Restart Surface
Are their any other solutions?

My Bluetooth headphones have worked flawlessly on my SB3 since downloading the latest driver pack from the Microsoft site and re-paired the headphones.
My headphones have also worked fine. My mouse on the other hand intermittently disconnects and reconnects. From all the previous replies this seem to be a issues with the Bluetooth in general. I am not sure why it only affects my surface Arc mouse and not my headphones

Anybody have any updates to this issue. I have the same problem and have tried the same things. Very frustrating.
I want to share my shocking and painful customer service experience with Microsoft. I bought a new Microsoft Surface Laptop from Challenger in Suntec City on December 2019 for around 1888 SGD.
30^th^ August 2020, I found a crack in my Laptop. It was not my physical fault. Later I checked in MS website.
When spoke with the customer service agent, they suggested the following.
1. Courier over my laptop through SINGPOST to Microsoft Singapore
2. Collect a replacement if needed by paying a deposit of around 1800 SGD
3. If its known cracked screen issue, Microsoft will replace a new laptop after 3 to 4 weeks
a. If not, then I need to pay for the repair due to physical damage.
How can I send my laptop to any address they provide? Don’t I have rights to be physically present in a Customer service centre and hear the investigation report from a Technician? Based on my questions, they asked me to visit Customer service centre in Singapore.
Microsoft Care Centre (AKA Somera Communications Pte Ltd)
12 Kallang Avenue, Aperia, #03-23 Singapore 339511 (Annexe building)
Opening hours: Mon - Sat: 10AM-7PM
Contact number: 63416721 Mon - Fri 10am-6pm
There was no such tenant in that address.
THERE IS NO SUCH TENANT in this address to date and is occupied by another tenant in different business.
Then, they provided with 3 addresses and phone numbers that all turned to be WRONG.
· 438B, Alexandra Road
· 7500 Beach Road, The Plaza
· 100 Jalan Sultan
None has ever tried to solve the issue from the customer service. They even send a standard template that they tried to reach us but cannot and blame me for not attending while the reality is, I RECEIVED NO SUCH CALLS or MAILS.
DO NOT BUY MICROSOFT SURFACE PRODUCTS in Singapore if you are someone who believe the customer got all rights to visit the service centre and know what the actual issue is.
When other players in the market have service centres and access (even an APPLE Store in Singapore why not Microsoft)
Regards,
Kesavan
