Surface Laptop # Bluetooth drops out intermittently

I have a Surface Laptop 3 and im using the Microsoft ARC Mouse and Microsoft Designer Keyboard

The Bluetooth connection to both these devices drops out intermittenly for around 10 seconds

When it reconnects the Bluetooth icon appears in the icon tray 

This happens a few times an hour and is very frustrating.

I have tried reinstalling all the bluetooth drivers which has not helped.

I have also tried this solution offered to another user whoch hasnt helped either.

                 While the mouse and keyboard is connected/paired, open Device Manager

Expand Human Interface Devices

Double-click on Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device, select Power Management tab above. Uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" then click OK. If you have multiple Bluetooth Low Energy GATT driver, please do this on all of them.

Restart Surface

Are their any other solutions?

    I am having the same problem with my Surface pro x. The bluetooth connection drops intermittently. I've tried multiple keyboards and mice. All work fine with other devices and all have the same issue when used on the Pro X. It is a problem with the pro x or windows 10 not the mice and keyboards. It is very frustrating.

    The firmware does not support Korean, but I will try.

    Thank you for the answer. The download that you advised did not solve my problem.

    I did download it. Started the download, after a few seconds the update stopped because the update was not for my surface laptop 3 

    So still got the problem of my bluetooth mouse, very expensive MS Mouse, dropping still.

    At the risk of tempting fate, my SB3 had the same issue and was sending me CRAZY.  I installed the driver pack and so far this afternoon my Bluetooth mouse has not dropped out once and it normally would have a few times.

    It has links for all Surface variants so the link is valid for everyone and not just the SB3.

    **edit**

    I did also remove and re-add my Bluetooth headphones after doing the driver update. They are still working as expected after 2 weeks 😊
