Recently got a Surface Laptop 3 and damaged the rubber feet. Just wondering if Microsoft sells replacement rubber feet.

You may order replacement feet online. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and register your device. After it is registered, select your device, select start service online and choose Accessory > Misc. Enter the description of the problem and your shipping address. Then pick the color of the feet to match your device.
If you still need help, please contact Surface support. An advocate will be able to assist and send you replacements for the missing feet.

I had this same issue happen to me today. I contacted microsoft in the US how said they do not have a solution for this issue, even though they are aware it is a common occurrence. They suggested finding a 3rd party replacement. This is pretty ridiculous for what should be a cheap, quick replacement for them to provide/ mail to customers. My laptop is under warranty, and it just does not make sense that microsoft cannot provide any solution to this common issue, besides replacing the entire laptop.
I hope Microsoft are reading these threads and will make changes to address this sooner than later. I'm sure they'll address this a day after my warranty expires...

Terrible design - terrible service. I was a loyal customer of MS Surface (previously purchased SPro3, SPro4, and now SLaptop3). This might be my last Microsoft made laptop
It gets better. I am now using masking tape to keep an OEM button attached to my premium laptop since it does not want to stay attached
Does anyone have access to a solid 3D scanning + printing service? Maybe we can make our own?
