Recently got a Surface Laptop 3 and damaged the rubber feet. Just wondering if Microsoft sells replacement rubber feet.

You may order replacement feet online. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and register your device. After it is registered, select your device, select start service online and choose Accessory > Misc. Enter the description of the problem and your shipping address. Then pick the color of the feet to match your device.
If you still need help, please contact Surface support. An advocate will be able to assist and send you replacements for the missing feet.

Ya these last few years i've been through so many laptops. ASUS Zenbooks, Macbooks, Surfaces, LG grams. A huge problem that bothered me with the Surface line was the terrible compression, pixelation in dark scenes in videos (attached a pic, look at the pixelation towards the middle). Spent months trying to fix it and there is nothing that can be done. Also Microsoft screwed up when they made this by not putting a rubber gasket between the glass and metal border. That's why peoples screens have been breaking.
Dell XPS seems like the best Windows laptop right now.
Definitely going back to Dell XPS again also. I was very happy with my Surface Business Laptop 3 at beginning. But after 6 months in operation I realize I have made the wrong choice here. The rubber feet are just a few of the issues. I have WIFI connection issues. The CPU is overheating more frequently. Native Window apps are crashing and closing in process. And I experienced the first complete system freeze this month. Doesn't look like this one is build to last. Next to that the warranty on this device is not taken seriously by Microsoft.
Yes Apple makes great laptops but i also recommend the Dell XPS line. For less than $2500 you can get a 4k OLED screen, i7/16GB.
I got rid of my surface. They wanted me to exchange my whole unit for a couple missing feet ..
How long did they say it would take? How long can you be without a laptop? I have to use mine for work seven days a week since we work from home now and cannot part with it for a single day. Luckily, I found the lost rubber foot by chance and have glued it back on with some silicone adhesive. Probably voided some sort of warranty since it is only 6 months old. Not what I would expect from a brand new $2,500 laptop. Apple really is the only good hardware maker left.
