I ran a system update today and my Bluetooth mouse lag is finally gone!
Bluetooth Mouse lag
Recently bought the Surface Pro 128GB.
Having been annoyed by the temperament of the touchpad, I bought a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse.
What I've found is that, when copying data over a network, the bluetooth mouse begins to lag.
Using the touchpad/pen is unaffected.
Makes me wonder whether the Wireless NIC and Bluetooth Module are using the same bus and/or whether this is a known issue.

2014-03-12T16:02:33+00:00 I tested to disable "d0 packet coalescing" on my wireless 1537 card and the mouse lag was little bit less. I'm running win8.1 on a Dell Venu 11i. Really annoying!!!

Right click your Wifi bars in the tray and open Network and Sharing Center --> Click the blue text that has your network name to get to "WiFi Status" --> Click Properties(Bottom Left) --> Configure --> Advanced Tab. Scroll down the list and go to "Bluetooth Collaboration". Change the setting to "Disable".
Then turn Bluetooth Off/on in PC settings.
I am using a Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse and Wedge Mobile Keyboard over Bluetooth. The mouse had a quarter second lag that was very irritating, but now it feels perfectly smooth.
Hope this helps.
Worked for me. Thank you!
