Bluetooth Mouse lag

Recently bought the Surface Pro 128GB.

Having been annoyed by the temperament of the touchpad, I bought a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse.

What I've found is that, when copying data over a network, the bluetooth mouse begins to lag.

Using the touchpad/pen is unaffected.

Makes me wonder whether the Wireless NIC and Bluetooth Module are using the same bus and/or whether this is a known issue.

I don't believe I have been able to test with a 5GHz N connection yet, only 2.4GHz. I will see if I can find an access point that runs 5GHz. But even if that does work, I hope we can resolve this issues on the 2.4GHz band as so many places still run that frequency, even at N speeds.

I don't have this problem with a 5ghz 802.11n wifi connection and a Sculpt bluetooth mouse. However, it does occur when other data is being transferred via bluetooth (e.g. bluetooth file transfer or bluetooth audio).
