That is not an option for me. It would take me far too long to set my Surface back up after a refresh than I care to invest in this. Also, I am pretty positive this is not a software related issue. As
rintaun stated, his works just fine on a 5.0GHz network, which tells me the shared 2.4GHz bus/antenna for the G network and Bluetooth is most likely the culprit. This can probably only be addressed by a firmware or hardware
fix. Perhaps BChriscoli can attempt the refresh and report back, but I think for most people, that would be a large inconvenience.

I have a similar problem - I connected my newly purchased wedge keyboard/mouse via bluetooth, and things were fine. Then when I connected my Logitech H800 Bluetooth headset (making a total of 3 Bluetooth devices), things started going south. First, the H800
headset doesn't function correctly - separate problem. But when I attached the headset, the wedge mouse lagged horribly!! The wedge keyboard is fine, touchpad is fine. Again, huge inconvenience!
Am trying to scour forums for the H800 Bluetooth headset problem. Who said early adoption is all fun :)
