As of the current moment there seems to be no standalone driver available for the docking station. I have checked through driver libraries and have not been able to find it.
What this means is as of the moment, the docking station will be not compatible with the syncmaster S22B300 until it is included in the docking station Windows update.

So what he/she is saying is there are no drivers for the docking station that are compatible with my external TV Samsung
syncmaster S22B300 LED (which by the way is only a few months old).

I have documented the issue for this specific TV and as we look through all the cases we'll be able to forward it to the right department so that they can include the drivers in a future update.
In regards to compatibility generally for the Surface is the compatibility center that is available on the Microsoft sites. Just a moment and I'll link you forward to the compatibility center.

So I checked the site out , low and behold it is compatible ? ( at least according to the site). So I proceed to advise him of this

It says it is compatible with the device itself. In regards to the compatibility with the docking station, that is compatibility system we're constantly expanding to improve the compatibility with our devices.

So it turns out the whole conversation (1 hour of it) was a complete waste of time............... they couldn't tell me which TV model does work, as I was thinking or replacing it
