    Hi Sahand ALEBOYEH!

Thank you for your message. According to this website: Set up a mobile data connection on Surface Duo - Microsoft Support

You can remove an eSIM profile from your Surface Duo 2 by following these steps:

    • Open Settings > tap Internet networks and SIM cards >.
    • Tap the name of the eSIM profile you want to remove, then tap Remove SIM.
    • Tap Delete again to confirm.

However, if you have already performed a factory reset of your phone, you may not be able to access the Settings app or delete the eSIM profile without entering the PUK code. The PUK code is a personal unlock key used to unlock your SIM card if you enter the wrong PIN three times. The PUK code is usually provided by your mobile operator with the SIM card or QR code of the eSIM profile.

If you have changed mobile operators and no longer have access to the PUK code, you may need to contact your previous mobile operator and ask them to provide you with the PUK code or deactivate the eSIM profile on their end. You can also try contacting Microsoft support for corporate devices and explain your situation.

You can get in touch with the Enterprise department by following these steps:

    • Click: https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create
    • Sign in with the work account or work email address.
    • Click Create.
    • Fill in the required information.
    • Once this is done, you will have the opportunity to save the information and submit the ticket to be contacted by the sales department.
Once you submit the ticket, a company agent should contact you soon.

I hope this information will help you.

    Thank you!
