Screen flickering with w/new Surface Book when Hyper V enabled. Anyone else experiencing this?

Just got my unit, i7 512GB. Applied all the updates (including the recent firmware). My screen keeps flickering on/off, whether or not the screen is docked. I've tried resetting but the issue still persists. It also seems independent of running apps or focused windows. Adjusting the brightness doesn't resolve the issue.

Here's a video: http://1drv.ms/1H4K0Ac

Is this happening to anyone else?

Well it looks like todays (11/02/2015) Surface Book Firmware Update fixed the screen flickering with Hyper-V enabled issue at least for me for the last 30 minutes. I installed the update and used the following command to reinstall the Hyper-V feature:

In an elevated Command Prompt type:

dism.exe /Online /Enable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V /All

Rebooted computer and there is no screen flickering so far. Opened Visual Studio 2015 and ran Visual Studio Android emulator manager, then brought up one of the emulators. Everything seemed to work as it should or at least the emulator came up and ran android with no issues.

Thanks Microsoft for being so responsive...

Ok I disabled hyper-v with command line and it seems that the flicker is now gone.  Working fine for the past 15 minutes. Here is the command

dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V

MODERATOR EDIT (11/3/2015): Marking this work-around as answer with the acknowledgement that it doesn't solve for all of you.  There is a new HD Graphics 520 driver update in the "System Firmware Update - 11/2/2015" for you to install.

Note the presented issue was screen flickering on the Surface Book.  For those of you experiencing challenges when connecting to external monitors via the miniDP port or via the Surface Dock please share your feedback in posts specific to your scenario.  For example here or here may better describe your concerns with the Surface Dock.

As we learn more we will share in the appropriate threads.

Thanks <Josh

I was given a driver to test that fixed the issue; hopefully it will make its way to Windows Update soon.

Installing VS enables Hyper-V, which causes flickering. Known issue. Disable Hyper-V for now until the driver is fixed:

dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V

Same screen problem. Happened to me a few times today on Amazon when scrolling through product reviews that contained an embedded video. This occurs nearly every day so I've learned to either keep scrolling or restart the page and that usually (temporarily) stops it.

I haven't bothered loading Chrome since others have reported different issues with Chrome. I simply use this latest, exchanged SB for web browsing only. I am not going to use this SB for any work related activities until it becomes more stable as I still have other issues. Continually reloading Windows and all my work Apps on each exchanged device is just too tedious. (Now on my 7th exchanged SB).

I've made yet another appointment with the Microsoft store for technical support.  I continue to get sfc /scannow errors, even on a new Win 10 image. I am unable to effect repairs even using DSIM and a USB image. I don't know what the sfc /scannow errors mean and if they relate to any of the other issues I have been having, but I want the MS Store to look into it. Calling MS online support is (sadly) a waste of my time. Also the Event Viewer is averaging >700 errors and warnings per day. I don't know how meaningful this is either, and whether it relates to any of the problems I am having, but none of my other (non-MS) PCs comes anywhere close to this amount of event logging.
