Surface Pro 7 randomly freezes while using the Zoom app

Brand new surface pro for about 2 weeks and I've experienced some random freezes while using the Zoom teaching app. For some reason, each time this happens the audio continues to work but nothing on the surface screen or keyboard is responsive and I'm forced to shutdown and restart each time. Support recommended that I run a recovery tool but that didn't do anything to fix my problem. Does this sound like more of a Zoom problem or a surface problem?

Anyone else have a similar issue and fixed it?

Replace the machine with the 'Commercial' version of the machines - I swapped out my Surface Laptop that had the AMD processor with the commercial that has an INTEL processor and it works perfectly.

Same here. I've got the Surface Pro 7 with Intel i5 processor. Often get the BSOD using Zoom.

I don't have anything to add other than the fact that I can be added to the list of individuals having issues with Zoom on a Surface Pro 7.  It's the i3 & 4gb model and I've had it since the first of the year.  It works fantastic for everything else.

It's been pretty consistent that I can't have an hour long meeting without losing connection and having to reboot & restart the meeting.  It has BSOD on me a couple of times as well; every time it has been when Zoom has been running.
