Hello,
After more than 100 replies, what to I see:
- SP7 has an issue...
- The issue is NOT Zoom related but ANY conference call software has the issue.
- Something Internal must be broken. Is it a chipset issue? is it a driver issue? A PCI express issue? A camera Issue? Nevertheless, this tablet has a internal basic issue that creates real troubles
- Microsoft gives no answer
If you buy a car and there is a general problem with the GPU, they call back tens of thousand of cars to fix the issue!
Why does Microsoft not try to fix this issue?
As we are hundreds/thousands to have this issue, what can we do? Today, I can't use this machine anymore and I'm using a 7 years old laptop without any issue for Zoom... 7 years OLD! I had troubles with customers during remote presentations. Customer didn't come back to me after that... They probably think that i'm unable to use basic technology so how can I be trusted for complex one?
I'm really upset. I was a real promoter of Surface but now, it's the opposite.
Issues can happen, technology may fail, code might be buggy but good companies tries to help customers to fix issues and keep their good reputation... Here it's the opposite. SP7 is **** and they continue to sell ...
BTW: on all my other machines I tried Zoom, GPU usage is around 3 to 15%... This is clearly a deep bug in SP7
