Brand new surface pro for about 2 weeks and I've experienced some random freezes while using the Zoom teaching app. For some reason, each time this happens the audio continues to work but nothing on the surface screen or keyboard is responsive and I'm forced to shutdown and restart each time. Support recommended that I run a recovery tool but that didn't do anything to fix my problem. Does this sound like more of a Zoom problem or a surface problem?
Anyone else have a similar issue and fixed it?

I experienced similar problems described in this thread with Zoom on several devices.
No i do not. However, i opened a service request and a technician installed the latest drivers from Intel's web site earlier today. Do far, some of the problems i was having did not show up since.
Are you playing film clips - mp4’s thru this section of zoom platform!?
That didnt work for me. It froze using that app too.
i LOVE the asus touchscreen. No issues whatsoever!
The only option that works for me is to share screen and use the Microsoft whiteboard app. Hasn't froze this way.
