Unlock my surface duo

I submitted my request to unlock my surface duo on the AT&T website more than a month ago. No response is received. Can you help?

    I am send the imei to them for my surface duo 1 but received email that they don't have the unlock code, but the phone request unlock code to use third party sim.

    I bought the brand new surface duo

    Unfortunately, AT&T needs to provide the unlock code. We recommend reaching back out to them again.

    You should get email almost immediately that the request to unlock was received. Also sms. I did that with Duo also.
