Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 Constantly Disconnects from WiFi (Other Devices are Fine)

Anyone else have this issue? It is so frustrating and I know the wifi is fine because my phone and my old macbook have never had issues with the Wifi but this happens to my Surface almost everyday. Thanks in advance.

The latest drivers resolve issues with Wi-Fi connection throughput and improves stability. For more info, please view the Surface Laptop 3 update history. To download and install the latest drivers go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.

    Hello everyone, after changing the laptop twice, I was still having the same issue. I was able to resolve my problem by following this link. Since then, I am not experiencing the issue anymore.

    Good luck to you all!

    PS: Jokes aside, I have spent the last 7 months going back and forth with Microsoft support, formatted and reinstalled the laptops I received a countless number of times, tried running under all supported versions of Windows, intstalled and uninstalled all current and past versions of the wifi driver. My conclusion is that there is no solution to this problem. The only solution is to buy another computer.

    Hi, I was wondering if you were able to solve your wifi problem.  I am in a similar situation, except, my 15" AMD laptop 3 only developed slow and erratic wifi since the August windows update. Slow enough to the point I need to hardwire the laptop just to get through a zoom or teams meeting. Oddly though, my wife's surface laptop 3 13 inch i5 has operated with no issues and further evidence is that the 13 inch performs significantly faster on speedtest.net compared to the amd 15 inch.

    I have a Surface laptop 3 15 inch, 2020, Its a brand new.

    My internet also stops working, even when it is connected. Sometimes it auto disconnects too.

    Other devices on same locations are working. 

    I paid $2600, and got this piece of **** from harvey Norman, Fountain gate, melbourne Victoria. 

    The trackpad is the worse trackpad in the history of mankind. The skin feel is terrible. So hard to navigate, It auto selects things when u just click it. Arrow curser lags behind and kinda takes a pause on its own. and many other issues like that. I have tried to trouble shoot with microsoft, but no luck. They gave me refurbished replacment, still same piece of shitt.
