Go into the device manager and uninstall the display driver.
Then reboot and wait for them to reinstall.

Hi,
Anyone has the same issue as me?
When I change brightness with keyboard it does change to 30-50% only (no visible change).
When changing in side swipe, with touch it allows me to change 0%-100% (no visible change)
I tried with nigh mode off... no change
Tried windows setting ... no change
Ambient light On/Off... no change
Can anyone help?

2020-05-02T07:16:50+00:00 I just had this problem of not being able to adjust my screen brightness. I detached the tablet from the keyboard and restarted the tablet. It updated windows and when it re-started...problem fixed.
