Surface Duo Phone Speaker: How to have it turn on in Speaker Mode by default when answering a call?

I want the Surface Duo phone to automatically answer in Speaker mode.

Using the default at-ear speaker does not fit the form factor for me. I ALWAYS use the speaker phone and am delayed on every call when I need to manually enable Speaker mode.

Does anyone know of a current Duo setting to enable this ... or a 3rd party app that works with the most recent Android version?

    Hi RRotter,

    There is not a built-in setting to change this behavior and automatically enable speaker during a call.
