Windows Hello not working Surface Studio 2 - We couldn't find a camera compatible w/ Windows Hello Face

I'm getting the error - We couldn't find a camera compatible w/ Windows Hello Face.

As of 2 days ago Windows Hello Face isn't working have to use PIN to sign in.  I've looked through the forum threads and tried a few of the options, update drivers, shutdown restart, try to remove the profiles but I can't remove them as they're greyed out in Window Hello Face and not accesible.

I'm using a Surface Studio Desktop 2 - using Windows 10 version 1909 (2)

Any help would be much appreciated - thank you!

The IR component of the windows lifecam web camera that is used for Windows Hello is not working. I had similar issues when the whole webcam assembly failed on my new SS2. There is another user who has the same issue with an open post. You can try doing a full factory reset of the OS or open a support ticket. If the device isn't being seen in  the Device Manger, then it is a hardware failure most likely.

No specific error message but here's a screenshot of the "error" - the camera is clearly embedded in the Surface Studio so not an external device.  In your response when you say get an associate w/  I-8Ο3-525-Ο5Ο1 what do you mean? Thanks again for the help.
