Surface Pro 7 Front Camera Not Working

I'm not sure when it started, since I hadn't used the front camera on the device at all, but today I noticed in the Device manager that the "Surface Camera Front" has an error:

This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.

Sure enough, upon opening the camera app, it acts as though I only have the back camera installed.  I am predictably unable to bring up the front camera.

Is there possibly a driver issue, or is this a hardware flaw?

**Edit**: Problem persists through reboots, disable/reenable, troubleshooter, etc.  Notably, I realized the front camera worked for at least the first hour that I had the device, since it shows you the camera feed when setting up Windows Hello.

    Hi Guys !

    I found a solution that 've worked for me after hours and hours...

    ( I had my 3 camera with the yellow exclamation point in the devices panel (check "see hiden devices" in the menu bar) and " camera device power failure " in the settings of the cameras)

    The solution:

    I've just delete the first "Intel Control Logic" in "System Devices" and checked to delete also the driver !

    Then restart and voila !

    Dude. You are a God. Microsoft should hire you, fire all their support and pay all the money to you. 

    You solved this issue which lasted for over half a year now, which Microsoft wasn't able to provide an update for and this issue is also not something minor.

    I hope that everybody can see the solution. I have a surfacebook and tried to share the answer on other post but they are all closed, you can't add a comment... so I can't share this with people that are waiting for the solution for months...

    Brilliant! I ran a new install of IOBit Driver Booster and after a string of 25 driver updates (mostly Intel related) I lost my cameras to the "no power" error cited by many. I went through page after page of that repeated the same recommendations that had no effect. Found your post on 4th tab of this thread and it worked like a charm. I used the older Control Logic driver in the picklist and everything worked perfectly after a reboot. Thanks for going the extra mile to add something new to the conversation.
