cameras are not working on my Surface PRO X device. [Answered]

Error code 0xA00F4271<MediaCaptureFailedEvent> (0x80004005).

I've run trough the Get Help App on my device but after following all the steps camera is still not running.

Any help?

We are aware that customers using Surface Pro X were having issues using the built-in cameras and we have resolved this issue with a driver update.   Please go to Windows Update to install the new driver named Microsoft Corporation – System Hardware Update – 5/26/2023.

    I restored the Surface Pro X to factory settings. Still useless and wasted a lot of my time.

    Please just release official statement and timeline on resolving issues and speed up any refunds for device replacement charges.

    No urgency, no ownership of the problem - Microsoft, you can do better than this response, which we have to assume is reflective of the priority you are placing on this issue.
