I can use my pen with the touch screen, but my Surface doesn't respond when I use my finger. What is the issue?
I have already restarted twice. I don't think it's an update problem because I just downloaded updates two days ago.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the community forum and thank you for your question. I understand you are having finger input issues on your Pro 3 device. I'm here to help.

yes, the Pro pen works fine, but doesn't respond to my fingers. I'm not using the pen and finger at the same time. I can't even use my finger when swiping the unlock screen. And yes, I do have all the updates. I'm going to take it to the Microsoft store tomorrow.
Thank you. I took it to the Microsoft Store and they gave me a replacement.
