Windows rt8.1 Fresh Paint

Ok so it’s now 2021 is there still no tutorial for windows Fresh Paint app? I know in 2015 this question was raised and Microsoft kept ignoring the question sending folks to a very uninformative website. I find it hard to understand why there is not even a simple form stating directions to use the app. Heck I don’t even know all it’s features. I’m sure with the new windows 11 operating system fresh paint has probably done away with. What a shame I don’t get why they don’t support there own programs or apps. I’m mystified how Bill got filthy stinking rich this has been the core of Microsoft’s main issues and biggest downfalls. They just push stuff out without any support or even caring about the product once it’s out from Fresh Paint in 2015 to the Surface Duo. This is where apple has excelled. I like my surface but it’s crazy how you cannot get some of the latest and greatest apps on it from even the Disney app to hbo max and beyond. It’s maddening but they definately stay true to underdevelopment. Maybe I guess I’ll have to do my own tutorial and release it just so people have an idea what the app did to bad its 7 years too late. Just wondering if this has changed yet I think I know the answer already but I could be wrong.
