Teams chat disabled on Duo 2.

One of my primary reasons for getting the Duo 2 was for Teams integration. However, my Teams chat says that it has been disabled by the Admin. Except I'm the admin on my O365 tenant and I didn't. Plus the Teams chat still works on my other devices for those exact same users. If the admin (again this is me) had disabled the chat function for external users, it would be across all devices.

Any ideas?

    Hi ChristineFlora,

This issue seems directly related to Intune or Conditional Access Policies in your tenant environment. I would suggest reviewing the policies there, and attempt to sign out of your work account on your Surface Duo 2 and sign back in.

    Thank you,

I have seen some funny behaviour with 365 since setting up on the Duo 2. In my case it requires me to re-login around twice a day but not on any other device I use. My instance is a business subscription so wonder if this was the issue as the photo app doesn't work as expected, have to login on each use. This makes me believe there is some issue in the backend.

Teams chat works fine on my Duo2. Maybe try re-installing the app.
