Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110 WiFi driver breaks 5GHz connection on the Surface Book (1st Gen i5 with dGPU 256 GB)

The title says it all, I updated the wifi driver to "Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110", and after that update, I can't connect to a 5GHz wifi connection, I can only connect to 2.4 GHz. when i try to connect to the 5GHz, it says: "Unable to connect to this network". Uninstalling the wifi driver, and restarting the device did help me get the 5GHz connection back to my Surface book, but when i decided to try to install the same driver again, and try to connect to 5GHz again, the same "Unable to connect to this network" appears. Does anyone have this issue?

    make sure you still have this MSI file. Go into device manager and UNINSTALL the
    Marvell Wireless again and check the box to delete the driver. Now run the MSI,
    restart your Surface. Can you then join 5GHz networks?

    Turning off Fast Roaming on the WiFi Router did the trick.  Everyone connects fine now even with the updated driver.

    Which brand and model router and what version firmware? Can you ALSO report this
    info using the Feedback Hub App and file a problem report?

    Connecting to this Wi-Fi via my iPhone Personal Hotspot is working without issues. Also my Macbook Pro and other devises are connecting without any problems with this modern EnGenius network. Only my Surface is not able to connect at all since the driver update 1,5 month ago...

    Can you please give me an update of what Microsoft is doing to fix this issue?
