The title says it all, I updated the wifi driver to "Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110", and after that update, I can't connect to a 5GHz wifi connection, I can only connect to 2.4 GHz. when i try to connect to the 5GHz, it says: "Unable to connect to this network". Uninstalling the wifi driver, and restarting the device did help me get the 5GHz connection back to my Surface book, but when i decided to try to install the same driver again, and try to connect to 5GHz again, the same "Unable to connect to this network" appears. Does anyone have this issue?

2019-08-30T08:42:21+00:00 I have the same problem with my Surface Pro 6. Upgraded to driver 15.68.17013.110 and I couldn't get connected to my wifi either. I tried forcing 2.4 and 5 Ghz neither worked. I am using UniFi AC pro access points. Rolling back to an older version got me back online.
We just got our daughter a Surface Pro 6 for highschool, how can Microsoft release Software and Firmware updates that are not tested?
Are the WiFi and CPU throttle related software and Firmware updates pulled until a fix is found?

The only solution I have found that works is rolling back the driver and disabling Windows updates. If I leave Windows updates on it just installs the driver again and breaks the WiFI again. As a result I have 10 Surface Pros (I am in the middle of deploying them to everyone in the company) that have updates paused for 7 days and will not be able to connect to WiFi again in 7 days.
The clock is ticking Microsoft...

2019-08-18T20:13:48+00:00 Have the same issue here, my Surface Pro 4 with latest updates installed (10.0.18362 Build 18362), is sincethe latest driver update not able to connect to the most modern Wi-Fi AP's anymore.
The wireless network I am trying to connect with is a EnGenius EWS377AP with Mesh (2 AP's) with auto 2.4 / 5.0 GHz band. Connecting to the Wi-Fi of my iPhone Personal Hotspot is working perfectly. Also my Macbook Pro and other devises are connecting without any issues with the EnGenius network.
It is a shame that Microsoft is still not offering a driver update and keeps silent on this frustrating issue, letting customers to find out themselve to roll back drivers with all risks involved...
