My charging case wont charge or recognize left Surface Earbud. I tried reseting to factory settings both through the button and through the App.

I already made sure its up to date in firmware, and it still wont charge.

    Hello, 

    I've been trying the method to reset to firmware. I already tried plugging it into a PC and to a wall outlet. And when I put the earbuds again, the firmware wasn't reset. I already tried holding it down for different amount of seconds before and after plugging the USB-C.

    What other options do I have to reset the firmware?
