Surface headphones 2 battery

My surface headphones 2 wont charge above 1 hour, I charged them for an entire day and nothing.

We are sorry to learn you have charging issues on your Surface Headphones 2 that shows up to 1 hour of battery life only even when you charged it the entire day. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this and allowing us to help you out. If I may ask, what is the host device that you use? 

    Can you check if there's an update needed for the Surface Audio app and the host device? Also try out another host device for us to further isolate the issue if this is an error in the app or not. Also, please try to turn off aptX audio under Device Controls as well. See if that helps.

    After that, please check this page to help Fix problems with using your Surface Headphones and select Surface Headphones 2 when asked to select the product version. If the issue still exists, we recommend to Contact Microsoft Support for replacement options.
