I'm using the Surface Pro 3 fully updated with October's drivers. If anyone else is seeing this please click on the "Me Too" button. Maybe someone from Microsoft will see this.

2014-11-04T10:09:13+00:00 Hi Anthony,
Sorry to bother you again.
If issue is still persisting you may try to boot the computer in safe mode with networkingand see if it helps. With Windows Startup Settings (which used to be called "Advanced boot options") you can start Windows in different advanced troubleshooting modes to help you find and fix problems on your PC. It is a diagnostic step to check root cause of the issue.
Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)
If your computer works fine in safe mode with networking, I would suggest you to perform clean boot.
Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
Refer to the link to perform clean boot.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Note: Refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.
Do keep us updated about the issue.
Regards.

2014-11-08T18:25:03+00:00 Surface Pro 3 (I7, 256GB) with all current drivers and updates and I'm getting disconnected while trying to stream the ESPN app. I just purchased the wireless adaptor yesterday. If it's not disconnecting then it is displaying the video very choppy at times.

2014-11-08T18:38:33+00:00 I think some of these problems come from the TV you are connecting to. I took my adapter to work and connected it to a projector and it worked perfectly for a two hour video. I then brought it back home and got disconnected alot. So I don't know what to think now. Is it my TV, my Surface Pro while at home, is there too much interference in my apartment?

2014-11-14T10:49:04+00:00 Hi Anthony,
Thank you for the update on the issue and sorry for delayed response.
As you have mentioned that when you tried to use the same adapter at your work then it works fine but when you tried to use it at your home it gets disconnected.
Just for testing purpose try to use the same adapter in your one of the neighbor house and check the result and do get back to us with the result.
Regards.
