Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen

I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

Sad to be a club member. LOL. I bought the Surfacebook almost exactly 3 years to the day! And I exchanged it 5 months after because part of the the touch screen stopped responding! That should've been a warning. Though, I've had little trouble since till now. The MS stores have closed. Haven't contacted MS support yet. Dreading it.

After about a week or two with the yellow tint stain (and trying, in vain, to get someone at Microsoft Support to talk to me) my screen has just SPLIT from the back and is now bulging out - and the yellow stain has moved upwards towards (indicating that this will be the next part to split).

This is the second time this is happening to me! It also happened on my previous Surface Pro 4.

As this is clearly a worldwide problem that only has a solution in the US. Is it worth starting a worldwide petition on change.org or something? Sueing doesn't really exisit anywhere else other than the US and their is no litigation pathway anywhere else. Let me know your thoughts, I am happy to get it started.
