Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen

I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

    I totally feel you frustration.   Microsoft continues to profit from their PC's knowing full well they are pumping out thousands of new PC's with the same manufacturing and design flaw.  The only thing Microsoft understands is a class action lawsuit , which thankfully is in the works.

    How does one become part of the clas action.  I have the same issues.

    It's far overdue. It's shameless that MS refuses to acknowledge the problem publicly, and just jerks people around individually, believing that that is to their economic benefit. An inexcusable business 'model'

    I would go away quietly if they offer me a healthy discount of a Surface Book 3.

    The thing is, I have laptops that are still working after 20 years. I'd rather hoped I could keep my Surface Book too.

    MS made the decision to design a laptop that you can't change the battery in. That battery then fails. And does a tremendous number on the screen on its way out. I'm surprised that they are just keeping quiet on this, especially that they deem it too dangerous to send through the mail.

    It's a complete disgrace on Microsoft's part. A total abandonment of their hardware customers. I have to live in a MSFT software world (for now) because I don't want to transition my work world to Apple (Mac) but I can state with a high degree of confidence that I will NEVER buy a piece of MSFT hardware again. 

    Spread the word to your business associates/friends warn them NOT to buy MSFT hardware.
