"Note: We bought that unit on the last few days of December 2015, I've used it leisurely mainly at home for a little less than 3 years and 5 months... If Microsoft is telling me that this is what's considered a "reasonable length of time"
for a $2300 computer, I for one will do anything I can to stay away from their products from that point on, because that is plain ridiculous!"
My sentiments exactly.
I'm going to eventually take mine back to the store with documentation about what the Microsoft employees told me in the past - that MSFT knows they have a faulty product. I don't expect to get anywhere other than the "give us another $600
and you can take your chance with another one of our piece of sh@t products." Then I plan on taking them to small claims court - where I have found online that others have had success with MSFT after getting the stiff arm. The things been sitting on my desk
for months - I'm just waiting until I have a window of time to commit going down that f@cking rabbit hole with them in court. Good luck to everyone else.
