I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

I just had my 2.5 year old Surface Book replaced at a local Microsoft store. Warranty expired after one year of course... and my 3 year anniversary of purchase was coming up in November 2019. I purchased online via Best Buy and all I had to show was the email proving delivery (I don't have the actual receipt)
The store manager took one look at the yellow burn-in lines on the LCD and immediately provided a replacement on the spot - no charge.
I had all my data backed up via oneDrive / Dropbox so I just initiated the full hard drive wipe at the store and got all data back on when I got home.
Maybe I was lucky.

Mine will not even come on anymore. When I plug it up it starts smoking. I have take my surface to the Microsoft Store in Vegas and New Orleans, same results - $600.
