Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen

I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

Are you serious? It is expanding the screen where the batteries are located burning into the screen. Not something that will wipe off.

File a complaint, that is how I finally got my issues fixed without having to give up an additional $600.

Contact the Consumer Product Safety Commission, like I did.  You can file a complaint online and I think Microsoft has 60 days to respond to the complaint.  Here's the website:

"Note: We bought that unit on the last few days of December 2015, I've used it leisurely mainly at home for a little less than 3 years and 5 months...  If Microsoft is telling me that this is what's considered a "reasonable length of time" for a $2300 computer, I for one will do anything I can to stay away from their products from that point on, because that is plain ridiculous!"

    My sentiments exactly.

I'm going to eventually take mine back to the store with documentation about what the Microsoft employees told me in the past - that MSFT knows they have a faulty product.  I don't expect to get anywhere other than the "give us another $600 and you can take your chance with another one of our piece of sh@t products."  Then I plan on taking them to small claims court - where I have found online that others have had success with MSFT after getting the stiff arm.  The things been sitting on my desk for months - I'm just waiting until I have a window of time to commit going down that f@cking rabbit hole with them in court.  Good luck to everyone else.
