Don't buy a Microsoft product ever again. Even their premiere product lasts less than 18 months. There are multiple experiences like this.
Buy an apple product instead.
That company won't cheat on customers like Microsoft.

I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

2020-04-27T19:37:30+00:00 It's a complete disgrace on Microsoft's part. A total abandonment of their hardware customers. I have to live in a MSFT software world (for now) because I don't want to transition my work world to Apple (Mac) but I can state with a high degree of confidence that I will NEVER buy a piece of MSFT hardware again.
Spread the word to your business associates/friends warn them NOT to buy MSFT hardware.

The thing is, I have laptops that are still working after 20 years. I'd rather hoped I could keep my Surface Book too.
MS made the decision to design a laptop that you can't change the battery in. That battery then fails. And does a tremendous number on the screen on its way out. I'm surprised that they are just keeping quiet on this, especially that they deem it too dangerous to send through the mail.
