At least you were lucky to get a 3years exchange, it was refused to me, and still no solution from Microsoft.
Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen
I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

For eg August 30 6pm EST at Manhattan Store or something like that. Becoz nobody is going to listen to us on phone.
A class action would be more useful, and would prevail

All these issues created a perfect storm for the SB.
Whilst my SB was older than 3 years old, it wasn't constantly used; I can't imagine MS thought a 3 year lifespan was reasonable for such an expensive device.
I do like my SB. I've searched but haven't seen a laptop I'd prefer.
I'm really at a loss as to why MS doesn't just address this and keep their loyal customers happy.
