Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen

I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

Report to https://www.saferproducts.gov/Default.aspx  It's a start - I did. The more people that do might make it reach a threshold where the government would actually do something.

My Surface Pro 3 bought in 2015 was OK for around 12 months - then the fan started to make a loud noise like there was a hornet trapped in the machine.  This noise comes and goes and will always be triggered if I change the orientation of the device.  For a device that is supposed to be mobile this is terrible design.  Now the screen is actually separating from the device and I have discoloration (yellow streaks) at the bottom of the screen.  The screen is being held in place with scotch tape. This device has spent 99% of its life just sitting on the top of my desk and has never been bent or experienced any rough treatment.  I called MSFT and the best offer is to charge me $600 for a Surface Pro 4.  In addition I called the local store and they admitted that my configuration with an I7 chip had overheating issued in 40-50% of the devices.  I am very unhappy with the durability of the device.  I feel like MSFT sold me a lemon and that they admit/know they sold me a lemon but are unwilling to replace it.

The small claims court option has been on my agenda but have not tried it yet. Link to article on it below.

I finally reached MS since my lower left Surface Pro 4 screen first developed a yellow/brown spot and now bulges out separated about 1/3 inch.  Noticeable bulge. I finally talked to a MS agent in the Philippines who verified I'm out of the 3 year warranty and shouldn't use the computer. I pressed him with as many questions I could. I complained that I've had other laptops that have lasted longer with no battery problem.

I asked if I could be given a discount on buying a replacement since I use this Surface 4 daily. He referred me to Microsoft Store to look for promotions or specials.

So much for my being a 30 plus year user of Microsoft products with generally good experiences with support when needed.

This is outright wrong. How can a hue and a cry reach Microsoft's ears? There is no Microsoft Store in my Albuquerque (NM) area.

I'm ready to take any recommended group and/or solo action.

We should be given a special deal to buy a replacement, at the very least.
