Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen
I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

2020-08-05T10:18:17+00:00 I think I know I how we can get MS's attention. We could create a site and just post our pictures of our Surface books with their lovely yellow tinted screens, with a rolling number for every Surface book.
and then bring a class action -- that will get their attention

2020-08-05T00:26:35+00:00 Microsoft is uncontactable on the phone! You would hope somebody like Microsoft could better manage this process as it is a known hardware design floor. If it was a Dell/Apple product it wouldn't be this difficult to get assistance or help. My business runs thirty laptops for consultants and techs. I will certainly be reviewing who we procure from in the near future.
