Some of us believe the latest firmware might have even caused our problems. No fix or answer found.
I thank you for re-opening this thread as its length really shows the urgency in finding a real solution.
I spent yesterday evening chatting with tech support; nice people, but nothing that wasn't listed on the site was offered up. Nor did they seem to be comfortable acknowledging that this problem is widespread.
Still no clue if there is another firmware fix or optional rollback to help those of us affected.
