Surface Pro 3 LGC Battery Degradation

It was suggested that I open a new thread for this issue that I am having.
Since the Win 10 Anniversary update, I was not able to turn on my Surface Pro 3 i7 512GB with LGC LGC Battery without having it plugged in with the power supply or docking (I own a total of Three Surface Pro 3 Docks at home and 2 offices). It always said "82%, Plugged in, Not Charging", and would always instantly turn off once I pulled off the power supply tab.
I had spoke with a Technical Agent online, had my Pro 3 remote accessed, did all the proposed solutions, and even had a call from Bellevue, WA (I live in Hong Kong) before I found out that it was a software issue as stated by Microsoft.
With Auto Update turned on, I was notified that I should restart my Pro 3 this morning while I was on the docking station. I was happy that this issue was going to be resolved, but now I am disappointed that this firmware update did nothing for my Pro 3.
I'm hoping that someone out there has some suggestions.
Thank You.

2016-12-20T14:33:50+00:00 I still have the same problem on my Surface PRO 3 with LG battery.
Plugged In, Not Charging. When I remove the power cable the Surface PRO 3 will shut down immediately.
Installed all updates, removed battery drivers, reinstalled thru update, did the shutdown post update, etc.
Nothing Helps. This is so frustrating. I like the Surface PRO 3, and wanted to purchase a 4 over the holidays, but this experience has pulled me a away from getting another Surface.
Why such a long delay in fixing the issue. Firmware updates where issued, but nothing changed.

2016-12-18T08:13:00+00:00 I think this may be the only way forward. My escalation through Microsoft's legal division has hit a dead end, after going full circle and ending up with Surface Support (who, of course, default back to - 'it's hardware sir'. Sigh...

2016-12-17T12:11:59+00:00 My battery is now at 0% and not charging, was stuck at 99%. The battery has degraded over the past 7 months to zero. I refuse to pay the $450 for a refurbished unit with 60 day warranty as the solution....
