Does the Surface Pro support APT-X Bluetooth?

I'm looking at some bluetooth speakers, and I know that APT-X codec gives better sound quality.

Would this work with the Pro? Or would I need different drivers?

Hmm my last reply vanished. 

Aptx is Bluetooth but Bluetooth 1.-4. is not itself aptx.

Aptx is made by csr.

    The sound quality of the music depends on the quality of the source file. If you're playing mp3s from the play store or streaming Spotify at normal quality, you likely won't notice much of a difference. However, if you're playing 192 kHz/24-bit flac files, there is a noticeable difference (at least to my ears).

    Yes it does support Aptx, windows 10 itself does. Check this link for confirmation.

    Your link shows that windows 10 supports apt-x, but not the surface products.  Where do you see that the Surface products supports Apt-X?
