Surface Go 3 says "Slow Charger" when plugged in with USB c port

Recently, I found out that the surface charger that came in the box only supply 24W

So I tried plugging in a 65W PD USB Type C charger, but it displays :
"Slow charger
To speed up charging, use the charger that came with your device"

Despite the charger and the charging brick being the above
And it also doesn't seem to be charging at all too

So I thought my charger was faulty so I plugged in a different 23W charger
It pops up as charging for a split second, and then straight up rejects the charger.

Is there a problem with my Surface Type C port?

    Hi LeoMiller207,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. I understand that you are experiencing issues with charging your Surface Go 3 using a 65W PD USB Type C charger and a different 23W charger.

Based on your description, I understand that you are having issue where a slow charging message comes up whenever you try to charge the Surface through its USB-C port using a 65W and 23W USB-C PD charger while using the 24W power supply that comes with the Surface works fine, correct?

Or does this message come up only if you have connected the device both to the 24W power supply and the 65W/23W USB-C PD charger?

Firstly, it's important to note that the Surface Go 3 is designed to work with the charger that comes in the box, which is a 24W charger. However, it is possible to use a higher wattage charger, but it may not charge the device any faster than the 24W charger.

    Kind regards,
    Marrion
