My 3 month old Surface Book 3 has developed a small crack in the screen.
The crack is about 2cm long , at the top of the screen in the center above the webcam.
It is an upside down semi circle shape.
Microsoft Support have already told me it will not be covered under warranty.

Mine just did the same. 2 hairline cracks and one that wraps around the webcam. There was no damage to the screen. I sat the computer next to me on the sofa, picked it back up 1 min later, and then theses random cracks appeared. Mine is also 3 months old. Did this get resolved for you? Infuriating it is not covered considering it is hardly used at all.
