Surface Book 3 Cracked Screen

My 3 month old Surface Book 3 has developed a small crack in the screen. 

The crack is about 2cm long , at the top of the screen in the center above the webcam.

It is an upside down semi circle shape. 

Microsoft Support have already told me it will not be covered under warranty.

    Seid ihr zwei schon weiter gekommen?

    Ich habe versucht, das Interesse des Verbraucherschutzes zu wecken, werde dort aber nur auf eine juristische Beratung vertröstet.

    Die arrogante Haltung von MS darf man nicht akzeptieren.

    Okay. Schreib mir doch gerne mal kurz an meine Emailadresse ben.jonathan.wagner (at) gmail.com  Ich bin schon mit einem Anwalt dabei und habe auch eine Idee wie man evtl. beweisen könnte, dass das ein Konstruktionsproblem ist.

    Hi Ben, did nothing except closing the notebook. Recognized crack at normal usage on table other day. Wasn’t even travelling. That‘s all.

    Hi Chris, what have you done? I´m planning to go to court in germany. There are ways to proof, that this is not the users fault.
