Finally got it to update. I re-enabled VPN. After almost 24 hours, BAM! Duo 1 still gets the Factory Reset bootloop as before. The update just updated the version number but fixed nothing. 😡 Very disappointing. I've defended the Duo 1 as a reliable phone but no more. This is just very frustrating. I told my wife this device will be used for years but now I'm regretting buying this device.

    Hello Service-Team,

The June 26, 2023 update did not bring the desired improvements or stability.

An application does not work correctly because something has been changed on the screen diagonal, so that measurement points are not visible. This itself applies to the Widges. The application Microsoft start only flickers and cannot decide between article and advertising. The app is no longer usable.

A nother example is the Harley-Davidson application also does not work correctly because the functions cannot be used completely because the screen diagonal for the Duo 2 is not adhered to.

It is important to understand that before the major update, the device and the applications worked perfectly.

And the device always gets too hot despite the update

    Best Regards

    Stephan Weller

Hi the June update did not fix the issue with mine. This is extremely annoying and it makes the phone useless once I am in the car whether I am simply charging the phone over USB or using android auto or bluetooth ... I can't have phone conversation I will be interrupted multiple times by the restart...

By the way I think microsoft should offer their devices with 2 OS options the android and the microsoft mobile OS which to my opinion was the best

    Hi,

    That wasn't my question!

The problem after the update is that the display diagonal has changed. It is not possible to see the entire display. E.G. - App from Harley Davidson, the lower part of the app is not visible and therefore cannot be used. Furthermore, the app "MS Start" flickers in such a way that there is a risk of getting an epileptic seizure because the advertisements keep pushing forward. This app cannot be used.

I hope, this information are helpfull and you can these forward to the Microsoft developers.

    Best regards

    Stephan
